How Does Gather Protect Your Personal Information?

Gather takes all reasonable physical, technological and organizational steps to secure your personal information from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We have policies and procedures to protect the privacy of your personal information that we hold about you. Among the steps we take to protect your information are: physical premises security, restricted file access, technological safeguards such as encryption, firewalls and other security software, and internal password and security policies.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your user account to access our Service and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account or any other breach of security relating to your account. Gather will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of your failure to comply with this section. You may be issued a new password or required to change your password from time to time. We Do Not Collect Information from Minors
